Woman behind the til, with her cat, couldn’t answer the simplest of questions - “What time can I collect until?” - after telling me she couldn’t hand me a parcel 3 feet away from her until 2:30pm despite the post office advertised as being open from 8am-8pm. Unbelievable, unacceptable, rude and incapable. Apparently it’s okay to keep pets that people are commonly allergic to at the til too. Will unfortunately have to return to collect my parcel but will never step foot in this shop/post office again after.

No sign, no apology, just tough we're closing. It was torrential rain outside and my package was ruined. Will be emailing both One stop and the Post Office. Completely unacceptable!
